Warranty, Guarantee, Returns and Refunds
AMZER warrants its product against all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase on our Basic Products and an additional lifetime guarantee on our Premium Products. The conditions of this warranty and our responsibilities under this warranty are as follows:
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Without proof of purchase, your warranty is defined as beginning on the date of manufacture as labelled on the product code.
The warranty is void if the serial number, date code label or product label is removed, or if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized third parties.
The responsibility of AMZER products shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion.
Any implied warranty on AMZER products is limited to one year from the date of purchase on all parts, including any cords and connectors
Specifically exempt from any warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as microphone windscreens, ear cushions, decorative finishes, batteries, clips and other accessories.
AMZER is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any AMZER product. This implies to the user, surrounding users or the any one or object in the environment.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from region to region.
Unless otherwise instructed in the User Guide, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service, adjustments or repairs on this unit, whether in or out of warranty. It must be returned to the purchase point, factory or authorized service agency for all such work.
AMZER will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. Any repair work on AMZER products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranty.
- What sort of warranty does my Amzer product carry?
If your product came with a unique identification code - it falls under the category of Premium Amzer Product - which entitles you to our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If your product comes with no unique identification number - it is an Basic Amzer Product with 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
- What is the 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty?
We are confident you will experience excellence with your Amzer products. Should our products cease to function properly up to your satisfaction, to safeguard your interest offer a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on any of our Everyday Products.
- What is the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee?
The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee entitles you to claim a replacement for your Premium Amzer Products, this offer is only valid as long as you own the Premium Amzer Product. We want you to feel safe and secure when investing in our products, we have a dedicated team working very hard to innovate and bring out products which have never been done before, this guarantee is to show our confidence in our products as well as to safeguard our customers' best interest.
Note: Installation errors and self-inflicted damages are not covered by the Replacement Guarantee. All instructions in the user guides shall be followed, certain products like Amzer ShatterProof are meant to be protect your device from accidents and in the due process they will show wear and tear after reasonable amount of abuse - damages as a result of usage are not covered under the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
- How do I get warranty replacement on an Basic Amzer Product?
If your product can comes under the limited warranty clauses and you would like to claim then please click on claim form. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the order details (order number, seller details, product, SKU code and reason for claim) - Defective or damaged merchandise can be replaced within 30 days from date of invoicing. All such products will be examined by our technical team and if found to be broken /defective will be replaced. Please attach an image of the product showing the damage or issue clearly to fasten the claim.
NOTE: Warranty can only be availed on product bought from Amzer or authorized Amzer resellers.
- How do I register and avail lifetime replacement guarantee on my Premium Amzer Product?
Registering a product with your Amzer Account is a must to avail Lifetime Replacement Guarantee on your Premium Amzer Product, avail of special offers, promotions, gift cards and be a part of the exciting Amzerian community - registering also entitles you to become a Premium Amzer Customer.
- Click on "Customer Login" in footer on the homepage.
- Enter your login credentials and click "Login" - if you don't have an Amzer Premium Customer Account, please create one.
- [Please skip step 3-9 and proceed to step 10, if you have already registered your product] After successful login - please click "Register Product" in the navigation menu.
Select the product you want to register.
- Select the seller you purchased your product from.
- Enter your purchase date.
- Input the unique code found on the product peel.
- Click "Register Product".
- Click "Submit".
- Locate the Premium Amzer Product in the you would like to avail warranty replacement in the "My Products" area and click "Request Replacement".
- Pay the $4.99 Shipping and Handling charges.
- Click "Review" and complete your replacement order.
NOTE: This replacement is only available for Premium Amzer Products. Our team will require you to send the damaged or malfunctioning product back to us and/or send images showing the damage/issue.
Will the seller I purchased my Amzer product from process a warranty or return for my item?
All warranty and guarantee claims are handled directly by Amzer - warranty is only available on those Amzer Products which are purchased directly from Amzer or an authorized Amzer Reseller - purchase details shall be required in either case
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is only available to Premium Amzer Customers - to become a Premium Amzer Customer you must own a Amzer Premium Product and have an Amzer Account - to register your product - visit - www.amzer.com/customer_register.php
I want to return or exchange the product, how do I do that?
If you for any reason want to return or exchange your Amzer Product - it does not fall under Amzer Warranty or Amzer Guarantee - it's falls under our Exchange/Replacement/Returns/Refunds division. Read on to know how to return or exchange a product.
Amzer values its customers and ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our 'customer friendly' return policy lets you process refund/replacement requests quickly and with ease.
- Merchandise to be sent for return/exchange must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
- The completed Return Form with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise. NOTE: Packages with incomplete Return Forms or without RMA# will not be processed.
- RMA numbers for domestic orders (within USA) are valid for 2 weeks. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on return packages so that they are identified for return processing. For international orders, the RMA#s are valid for 1 month. NOTE: Returns sent after the RMA expiry date will not be processed. Customers will need to obtain a new RMA#, if product is still within warranty period, to process return/exchange.
- We recommend customers to use a traceable system for sending us their return package. Moftware will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit.
- Please clearly mark the reason(s) for return on the Return Form so that we may serve you better in the future.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the product is determined to be broken or if there is a manufacturer defect.
What is Amzer's Return and Refund Policy?
Amzer values its customers and offers no questions asked Return and Refund policy within 30 days from the date of invoicing. Amzer ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our 'customer friendly' return policy lets you process refund requests quickly and with ease. All open box refunds are subject to a deduction of 15% of product price or $5 (whichever is higher) for handling & restocking charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
