An initial build of Windows Blue has slipped out of Redmond, giving everyone a glimpse of what’s to come. Windows Blue, an update for Windows 8, build 9364 has hit global file sharing sites and seems to bring some much needed improvements to Windows 8.

Google tipped off EU about Microsoft antitrust conerns

As competition between Google and Microsoft escalates, both parties seem to be resorting to dirty tricks to disadvantage the other.

Earlier this week Microsoft was fined close to a billion dollars by European authorities due to antitrust concerns, and according to the Financial Times Google was the one that tipped the EU off about Microsoft’s activities. The European Commission is punishing Microsoft for supposedly bullying consumers by not offering them a choice between their browser and those of competitors.
