As the name suggests, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 would come in with a 10 inch screen, so far known to carry a resolution of 12800*800, which is not so very impressive, and it is not meant to be, since Samsung has it’s higher end PRO line of tablets for that now. Other specifications include a a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, alongside a 3MP/1.2MP shooter combo, and Android 4.4 KitKat on-board.
With the lower end specifications that this tablet has we really will have to wait to find out how competitive the pricing would be. Maybe till April 24(thats what the render suggests).
Samsung cannot let a device release without releasing a variant of it as we know and so is the case with Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. There are no surprises in the specs department as it aimed at the entry level market.
The device packs a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz of an unspecified brand and comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Like on most Samsung devices, you get a microSD card slot for storage extension with up to 32GB. The display is an LCD which has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, resulting in a density of just 169 ppi, which is supposedly an “optimal resolution designed to bring users a better viewing experience”.
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite will roll out globally soon in Black and White.
What we can conclude is that there are the following models lined up : Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Tab Pro 12.2, Tab Pro 10.1 and Tab Pro 8.4. Launching price details aren’t available yet but we shall keep you posted on that. The Pro line comes with high-end specs all-throughout and all these tablets boast fast Exynos 5/Snapdragon 800 processors with WQXGA resolution (2560 x 1600).
After quite a while of rumours and leaks, Samsung’s latest tablets have been announced; the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and 10.1. The two tablets feature mediocre specifications that won’t stand a chance against most of the competitors. Asus also announced the 6-inch FonePad Note that is set to take on the Samsung Galaxy Note III.
