Samsung Tomorrow today showed off the company’s upcoming ISOCELL cameras which promise to make slimmer mobile cameras that have better low light performance compared to current leading BSI technology. The ISOCELL cameras are said to enter into production later this year, giving Nokia, or Microsoft, a good go.
Nokia has created quite a commotion once again with their camera phones, especially with their superior low light capabilities, which is why Samsung has developed new CMOS-based ISOCELL camera technology that takes much, much better low light photos by seperating individual pixels while increasing performance altogether. Current tech makes use of an 8MP sensor, although final tech is more than likely going to feature larger, though smaller, sensors as opposed to current market offerings, It remains to be seen exactly who will make use of this tech besides Samsung, but ISOCELL based cameras are said to enter into production during the next quarter of this year.
What do you think? Super slim smartphones with a more than capable camera that can actually capture proper night shots without the need of Windows Phone? Yes please!
Just when you though the Call of Duty franchise was all the rage, the latest installment to the Grand Theft Auto franchise, GTA V, has shattered all of the Call of Duty video game sales record to date as it flowed past $1 billion in sales just three days after going on sale.
The new Grand Theft Auto V video game shattered entertainment sales records today after it passed the $1 billion in sales mark just three days after going on sale across the world. On its first day of sales, the popular role playing game hit $800 million in sales already and it is expected to grow fast for the next few days. In comparison, the previous record holder, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, took a whole fifteen days to hit $1 billion in sales, showing you just how popular the GTA series is, and that piracy most definitely doesn’t affect sales by that much of a margin.
Rockstar Games has teased the game for quite some time, even delayed it, which most certainly created huge anticipation for the game, several years after the launch of its predecessor GTA IV, which once again featured Liberty City.
