A year ago you would most likely never have guessed that 8-inch tablets would be as popular as they currently are. No one wants the iPad 4 anymore, it’s too big, the Nexus 7 is too small. Android tablet applications suck and the iPad Mini doesn’t allow you to download torrents. So, Lenovo has solved your predicament for you with the new Lenovo Miix 2 tablet.
The new Lenovo Miix 2 may be the company’s best tablet to date. The Miix 2 packs a quad core Intel Bay Trail Atom processor, 2GB of RAM, up to 128GB of SSD storage, an 8-inch WXGA touch display, a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and you can get a funky flip cover and stylus for this baby. So, can it take on the best Android and Apple has to offer? Maybe, with its $299 price tag, it is sure to make some heads turn, and give the current run of Windows RT powered tablets the final nail in their coffins. Who know why you’d want a Windows tablet, but if you think you’re too good for Android, don’t like iOS and want a tablet, here you go.
Thus far Windows powered tablets have failed miserably. Microsoft had a massive stock writeoff. Most of their partners killed their Windows RT offerings. The Lenovo Miix 2 offers a Windows powered tablets at an afforable pricetag, and that is dope..

Students at the Chinese Xi’an Institute of Technology were shocked to find out that the only thing standing between them and ascertaining their official degrees was interning, but this of course was no ordinary interning. The students were basically forced to intern at Foxconn, assembling PlayStation 4 consoles for all the world’s little boys and girls. Of course the interns were paid and given the necessary references for their CVs, but their college apparently withheld credits that were necessary for graduation if the students didn’t participate in the interships.
So, when you buy that PlayStation 4, just remember who made it, whether it was willingly, or by force. Just like those Air Jordans and that ‘legit’ Rolex you’re wearing, some dodge labour practices were most certainly somehow involved…
Microsoft set to take on the likes of the Nexus 7, Kindle Fire and iPad Mini with 7-inch Surface RT?
Microsoft’s Surface RT was dead on arrival, it lacked many of the applications its competitors offered, it didn’t offer half as much features as its desktop counterpart did and Microsoft didn’t even provide a proper Office suite for the platform, but that hasn’t stopped them from preparing a next generation of Windows RT devices.
