The upcoming Sony camera flagship smartphone codenamed the Sony Honami has leaked once again and this time in press shots showing off the device in purple, white and black, alongside the images an official name has also been given with Honami to be launched as the Sony Xperia Z1.
If the latest set of leaks from Taiwanese site, ePrice, turns out to be true, the Sony Honami flagship device will be called the Sony Xperia Z1 and come with a mini version that will only differ with a smaller 4.3-inch 720p display. Additionally the Xperia Z1 will come in purple, white and black models while featuring a 20.7MP camera with a Xenon and LED flash. The Xperia Z1 will once again be water and dust resistant and pack a glass back. One of its key differentiating features will apparently be the ability to record videos in the ultra HD 4K resolution.
The Sony Honami is set to give the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom and Nokia LUmia 1020 a run for their money as competition in the camera phone market heats up.
