A little over 6 months after Samsung unveiled the original Samsung Exynos 5 Octa System-on-a-Chip with two sets of low voltage quad core processors, the company has made its plans to unveil a new version next week, the same version that may be featured inside the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III when it is launched later this year.

Samsung’s official Exynos Twitter handle, has revealed that the company intends on unveiling a new version of the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor, the same one found inside the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-9500. There are a lot of speculation as to what exactly the upgraded version will bring, but increased performance will undoubtedly be one of the new features. Common sense tends to suggest that the upgraded Exynos 5 Octa that is coming next week will be the same one said to come inside the Samsung Galaxy Note III when it is launched in September.
