Apple’s iOS 7 has been under a lot of scrutiny, and some praise, for its radical new design of on of the world’s most popular mobile operating systems. The OS brought along plenty of welcomed changes such as AirDrop, a new set of icons and the new Control Center, but what remained a mystery was what the upgrade would look like on the iPad and iPad Mini. Well, an image of the OS on the iPad and iPad Mini has appeared on Apple’s website and shows off iOS 7 in all its glory. iOS 7 will be supported on all of the iPad models except for the original, but some features may not come to early models.

The icon set that leaked has been removed, but showed off some differences between icons, such as an alternative weather app icon that shows realtime weather data such as the temperature, a feature supposedly omitted due to the fact that it causes excessive battery drainage. Some other alterations included different colour coordinations on the Passbook and Photos icons.
