The Samsung Galaxy S4 has seen quite a successful rollout globally thus far being launched in several countries within the last few days including in India earlier today, but it seems Samsung wants to take on the China-bound dual SIM HTC One with the new dual SIM Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-9502.
Thinking about getting Samsung’s new flagship? Then take a look at our Samsung Galaxy S4 accessories!
The Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-9502 brings dual SIM capabilities to the new Samsung flagship, but remains the same in many other aspects. The GT-9502 packs the much touted Exynos 5 Octa eight core processor instead of the Snapdragon 600 CPU seen in certain models such as the US bound Samsung Galaxy S4. It also features dual SIM capabilities exclusive to China Unicom customers for now. The device will still feature the same 4.99-inch full HD touch display, 2GB of RAM, 16/32/64GB of storage, 13MP rear facing camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The device will be 2g heavier than the single SIM model.
A single SIM variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will also be coming to China, but will replace the Exynos 5 Octa processor with a quad core Snapdragon 600 processor. It remains unclear whether or not Samsung will be bringing the dual SIM variant to countries other than China, but a more rugged version of the device has been rumoured to come later this quarter.
